Our quality assurance system is strictly implemented in compliance to ISO 9001 requirements. Our experienced QC department establishes quality checkpoints in all stages with various control procedures. These test procedures have been instituted to conform to the requirement of the customer or to the specification.
Quality assurance function begins with raw materials testing, it is a continuous part of the production process right through preparation for dispatch.
1. IQC(Incoming Material Quality Checking), For some important material, we check 100%. All unqualified raw materials, we will not accept.
2. IPQC(In Production Quality Checking), During production, we've got QC online to check the quality while assembly. All unqualified semifinished products won't be processed again in the next procedures.
3. FQC(Final Quality Checking), when products finished, our QC department will check the finished products very carefully. All unqualified finished products won't be shipped to our customers.

Entire Inspection reports are made for our record and for customer's reference. With strict QC system, we assure customers won't get defective goods.
